Firefox and Opera preserve the space of the column. The table column should not be rendered, subsequent columns should move over to fill the space as though the column is not there.

This bug has *not* been fixed in Safari 3 Beta on a Mac.

In Firefox 2.0.0.4, columns with visibility:collapse are hidden correctly when first displayed.
However, when trying to edit the content of the table (which has a mixture of collapsed and visible columns) in place using Javascript/DOM, the display goes wrong.
