Incorrect clientX/Y for text of disabled INPUT elements in tables

The event.clientX/Y values for the text portion of disabled INPUT elements is reported relative to the left/top of the INPUT element and not the viewport if the INPUT element is in a table.

Although this is a bug within a bug, Safari/Opera also exhibits part of the bug by firing mouse events over disabled input element

Safari version 2.0.3/Opera version 8.51 - I will test on older browsers, but I a guess that this happens in all previous versions.
