Last week I did my first tests in nearly nine years. I’m planning to redo the viewport tests, and I created a new test page. I also wrote an article about meta viewports that will be published eventually.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself and was surprised how easy it was for me to slip back into compatibility testing patterns. My reflexes are still there, but I only test on three mobile devices and that saves some time.

Then it occurred to me that, while AI can write my article if I give it notes, it cannot do fundamental browser compatibility research.

That’s it. That’s the entire blog post.
