DELA Uitvaartkompas biedt mensen de mogelijkheid hun wensen voor hun eigen uitvaart kenbaar te maken en op te slaan. Hiertoe zijn vele gebruikersvriendelijke formulieren nodig. Ik tekende voor zowel het interactieontwerp van de formulieren als het herprogrammeren van de gehele voorkant.
Deze site gebruikt Usable Forms en Form Validation, twee voorbeeldscripts uit het boek.
DELA Uitvaartkompas (literally "Funerary Compass", but the name doesn't survive translation) allows people to describe and store wishes with regard to their own funeral. This requires a lot of user-friendly forms. I made the interaction design for the forms, and reprogrammed the entire front end.
