Explorer 5.0 and 5.5 Windows do obey the margin-left and margin-right.
Explorer 6 doesn't.
Explorer Windows ignores a margin on a table.
The table in the div below has a margin: 30px;. Explorer 6 Windows doesn't
assign it at all, while 5.0 and 5.5 only assign the left and right margins.
